Nowadays, everyone has their own problem. Everyone will stress with their problems. Stress will lead to a lot of health problem such as heart attack, hypertension and so on. To prevent ourselves from these health problems, we must know how to reduce and control our stress. Managing stress is all about taking charge: taking charge of our thoughts, emotions, schedule, environment and time for work. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relaxation, and so on. Do all your work on time, change our bad behaviour such as, like wasting time doing unnecessary things, to good behaviour.
Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in our life. Identify all the problems that you had to face. This thing is not as easy as it sounds. Your true sources of stress are not always obvious, and it’s all too easy to overlook your own stress-inducing thoughts, feelings, behaviours and so on. For example, you may worried about work deadlines, but have you tell yourself is it you already done it or not. People always delay their work will have to face another problem and become stress. So, try your best to manage your stress.

I just want to share another way to cope with stress. It is RETHINK.
What your mind tells you about a potential stressor determines whether it becomes an actual stressor. As an example of a student who’s terrified of failing a final exam. He keeps focusing on how he isn’t smart and will do poorly, instead of focusing on the things that will help him do well on the exam, such as meeting with the professor, scheduling a study session with others and studying for the final. The goal is to get over his negative thinking and accept that while he may not be an expert in a certain subject, like in this case, he can still try his best and do what he can to learn the material.
By rethink what you can do, it is maybe can release you stress.
Not to forget, always chill ^^
When it comes to stress, I also want to share a few ways that we can do to reduce the stress we felt. Firstly, we can exercise in each every morning. For example, take a simple walk at a park where have beautiful scene nary so that we can relax our mind. Secondly, we have to adopt a healthy life style by get enough sleep. When we didn't get enough sleep, feeling tired will increase our stress because it may cause you to think irrationally. Lastly, when it comes to stress with too many task to do, we must concentrate on one task at a time. Stressing about work we haven't done yet only detracts from accomplishing the task at hand.
